Writer's Woe - A Poem

My writing stinks,
My writing's horrid,
It lacks passion,
It isn't torrid.
It's like this poem,
Blah and yucky,
Muddy, Moldy,
and quiet Mucky.

Do worse if you can,
I dare you,
I do,
And I'll send a copy of
Little Girl Lost to you.

How's that for bad poetry.

Top it and I really will send you a copy of LITTLE GIRL LOST.

Hey Shirlee,

I'm so glad you're back to blogging. I just emailed you my sad attempt at a poem ;o)

Hi Dani!

Give me a call this week. Thursday is usually a good day. Or Wednesday or Friday in the morning.

LOL! I doubt I could top that but since I'm thoroughly DISGUSTED with my current hero, I'm going to give it a shot.

He won't obey the plot
that I set right out before him
Something about not wanting
that fiesty heroine to abhor him

So I'll give him one more chance
to straighten up by Chapter eight
and if he continues to be stubborn
he'll meet my evil author fate

I'll stick a scorpion in his britches
or a lizard in his lemonaid
Or explode his cutie patootie
with a very well placed grenade

Hugs, Shirlee! Love your blog..
